Udhayanidhi Stalin, the Honourable Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, felicitated the NCC cadets who achieved laurels at the recently concluded Republic Day Camp 2025 in New Delhi. Cadets Aiswarya S Menon, Bhavin Kolla, and SB Shradul secured Gold Medals, while Cadets A Amrit Roshaan and Kevin Varghese George won Silver Medals in the Best Cadets Competition, competing against 150 cadets. Additionally, Cadet Priyavenika secured the first position in the Ideas and Innovation Competition.
The Tamil Nadu Contingent secured the third position overall among 17 Directorates from across India. The Chief Minister’s Rally was held at Kalaivanar Arangam on February 4, 2025. The 15 (TN) BN NCC, Erode, was awarded the Best Unit Trophy, while the Coimbatore Group won the Chief Minister’s Banner for the year 2025. The Honourable Deputy Chief Minister distributed prizes worth ₹9,48,000 (Rupees Nine Lakhs and Forty-Eight Thousand only) to the victorious cadets. During his address, he lauded the cadets for their outstanding performance and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence while upholding the values of the NCC in their future endeavors.
